Mark & Trädgård Skottorp AB carries out contracting assignments, gardening, and landscaping work for municipalities and municipal companies. Founded in 1989, the company currently has about 100 employees and operates in Helsingborg, Ängelholm, Halmstad, and Varberg.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a team leader, you will lead, plan, and coordinate the work within your operational unit. You are responsible for ensuring that the work within the operational unit is carried out professionally and that work orders are completed within specified time and cost frames with high quality. The role includes some personnel and work environment responsibility, and you will participate in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development, as well as handling time reporting and approval. You will plan for leave within the operational unit to ensure efficient work. Additionally, you will maintain ongoing customer contact, both during and after the work is carried out, and actively contribute to developing proposals for upselling.

You will report to Mark & Trädgård's Production Manager.

WHO ARE YOU

• Experience in a similar role within the gardening industry, preferably in parks and street environments is an advantage.

• Experience in production planning and reading technical descriptions/drawings.

• A valid B driver's license is required.

• Computer skills as we work in digital project tools.

• Fluent communication in Swedish, both spoken and written.
